Returns & Exchanges
Under the European Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund within seven days of delivery.
To cancel you must email or write to us within seven days of delivery of your items, quoting your order number. You, the consumer, are obliged to take reasonable care of the items and return them in unused condition with the original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt. The consumer is obliged to return the goods at their own cost within 30 days; JCS Sport will not refund this cost. The consumer is responsible for the goods until they are back in the possession of JCS Sport, the consumer must claim for any damages caused on the return, from the courier used. If the goods are not returned in unused condition then the right to full refund is forfeited.
When returning items that are deemed to be faulty you must contact us by telephone, prior to sending the articles back and obtain instructions and authorised returns reference from the sales staff. Second hand items, or items that are described as seconds, are not deemed as being faulty for the imperfections disclosed at the time of sale.

We will give refunds in accordance with your legal rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 i.e. where goods are not of satisfactory quality or as described.
We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow manufactures instructions, misuse, or alteration or repair of the goods (other than that done by our staff).
In other instances we will consider an exchange or credit note provided that the goods are returned promptly; in their original condition and with the receipt.
Please remember that you are not legally entitled to a refund, subject to Distance Selling Regulations, if:
> You have changed your mind about the goods.
> You have damaged the goods.
> You were aware of the defect before you bought the goods.
> You find that you no longer need the goods.
All items sold are accompanied with the respective manufacturers warranty only.

No contract will exist between you and JCS Sport for the sale of any product unless and until your order has been shipped and until then the right is reserved to decline your order. These contracts do not affect the consumers statutory rights.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
If any part of our terms and conditions is determined by a UK court to be invalid, illegal, void or otherwise unenforceable under any current or future law, the remainder of our terms and conditions shall not be affected thereby.

Important, Please read before buying.
All paintballs as shipped by courier. Paintballs are sent intact and checked. After paintballs leave the shop we are no longer in control of the way they are treated. We do not accept returns under any circumstances. This includes paintballs degrading due to cold conditions or paintballs broken in transit and found damaged upon delivery.
Use of Paintballs
Paintballs should not be used on public land. These paintballs are sold to be used at recognised paintball centres where the owners of those centres allow the use of own paintballs. Currently only certain walk on and tournament events allow the use of your own paintballs. There are currently NO sites in the UK who allow you to take your own paintballs to a recreational day. If you are in doubt, please call the site you are playing at directly to check their policy. If you are caught using your own paintballs at a paintball centre that does not allow the use of your own paintballs, it is likely that you will be ejected from that site without refund. Taking paintballs to a recreational day is like taking your own beer to a pub. Think of Fat Bobs selling paint in a similar way to an off licence or supermarket selling beer. You can drink it at home, but if you want the atmosphere of a pub you go to a pub. This is a common sense warning!!
